Terms and conditions
It is the responsibility of anyone viewing and/or using this website (hereinafter the "Site") to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") before using the services. By using the services, you agree to abide by the Terms, keeping in mind that Red Carpet Srls (hereinafter also the "Company"), as the owner of the Site, may change the provisions thereof at any time. If you do not accept the Terms, you will not be able to use the Site and the services offered.
Introduction
By accessing or using the Site, Red Carpet's Services, or booking or using any accommodation through affiliated sites, partners, or other websites/companies that list or promote accommodations directly managed by the Company, you accept these Terms.
The Company promotes an apartment management service for short-term rentals and provides services such as listings, cleaning and laundry services, and reception services only on behalf of the owners, as Red Carpet Srls does not own any of the properties.
The properties listed on the Site are rented by the owners and not by the Company, which remains a third party in the contract stipulated between the property owners and the guests. In the event of problems arising during the execution of the contract and Red Carpets Srls is found to have any liability towards the tenants, its liability will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
The Terms are an integral part of any contracts signed by both guests and property owners with Red Carpet Srls.
By accepting the Terms, the visitor or user of the Site also declares and guarantees that he or she is of legal age.
Reservations
Reservations will be guaranteed only upon payment of the required booking fee from affiliated sites, partners, or other websites/companies that publish or promote accommodations directly managed by the Company. Once payment is made, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to verify the accuracy and completeness of the information entered, as well as the documentation sent and received via email.
Rules
Guests' stay at the selected property begins and ends at the times and dates indicated at the time of booking or as subsequently agreed.
On the scheduled departure date and time, a Company representative will visit the property to check out and return the keys, inspect the apartment, and verify any damage caused by guests.
Guests are also required to leave the property in the same condition they found it and report any damage and/or malfunctions encountered during their stay.
Resolution
If Red Crpet Srls is unable to guarantee use of the property to guests due to force majeure or for reasons beyond its control, the Company may terminate the agreement and, consequently, refund the booking fee.
If the property owner decides to terminate the agreement with Red Carpet Srls and, therefore, no longer make the property available for any reason, the Company will not be held liable for breaches of contract resulting from such termination and will only be required to refund the booking fee.
Alternatively, Red Carpet Srls may offer guests another property, who can decide whether to stay there or obtain a refund as set forth above.
Obligations and responsibilities of guests
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property and its appurtenances. They must also report any damage, faults, malfunctions, or similar issues they encounter during their stay within twelve hours of checkout. Any damage resulting from guests' stay or from unreported faults, malfunctions, or similar issues will be held liable and may be subject to legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws.
Stay in the property is authorized only for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. Guests may not make copies or reproductions of the property keys and must return them upon check-out.
Disclaimer
Red Carpet Srls is not responsible for defects or malfunctions or similar, temporary or permanent, or improper use by guests of equipment and appliances within the property, for any power or water outages outside Red Carpet Srls's control, or for losses, breakages, or injuries due to weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond Red Carpet Srls's control. The Company will not be liable if the apartment is destroyed, severely damaged, or rendered unusable prior to the booked stay. In such cases, it may terminate the contract.
